Inspect properties, collect and analyze data, prepare appraisal reports for residential properties (i.e. single family dwellings or custom homes, small residential income properties up to 4 units). Review Plans & Specifications for proposed residential properties and prepare appraisal reports. Perform URAR, limited walk-in, drive-by inspections and desktop/manual appraisals and conduct progress inspections on proposed residential properties. Gather and maintain up-to-date market data. Knowledge of USPAP guidelines. Computer appraisal software knowledge. Strong interpersonal, and good customer service skills. Strong writing and analytical skills.
